A new beginning
Maison Valençon was created on February 1, 2021, following the takeover of Avigauf's goodwill. Based in Herve, this company has been manufacturing and distributing a variety of artisanal sweets since 1994, including the "Grand-Mère" waffles, made with passion and know-how, which will remind you of the unforgettable taste of waffles made by your grandparents.

During the first visit of the Valençon family to the Avigauf workshop in mid-2020, the transmission of family and artisanal values were at the heart of the concerns, shared values that confirmed the evidence of this meeting. The transferors, Mr. and Mrs. Detry, then put their know-how and workshop in the hands of the Valençon family, filled with hope and passion in order to continue to transmit the local and artisanal values of the House while bringing their touch of innovation.
