Returns and Refunds

You encounter any problem with our products, do not hesitate to report it to us.

The return of the product is not accepted. In case of damage to the packaging which would make the product unfit for use, you can send an e-mail to the customer service at the address: info@maisonvalencon.be by accompanying the request with photos of the product as well as the packaging. The request is only possible if it is made as soon as possible, and at the latest within 3 working days after receipt of the package.
